You and your family are guaranteed access to this benefit if you enroll within your first 30 days of your notification date at hire. If you do not enroll during your first 30 days of your notification date at hire, your next opportunity will be during annual enrollment in the fall. You and your family are guaranteed access to this benefit if you enroll within your first 90 days of your notification date at hire. If you do not enroll during your first 90 days of your notification date at hire, you will be asked to answer medical questions to qualify.
