New Hires Enrolling in the Vision Plan:
This program is a voluntary benefit available through United HealthCare for an affordable discounted group rate. You and your family are guaranteed access to this benefit if you enroll within your first 30 days of your notification date at hire. If you do not enroll during your first 30 days of your notification date at hire, your next opportunity will be during annual enrollment in the fall. Click on the Quick Links drop-down menu to the right and select Vision Insurance to get started!

New Hires Enrolling in the Long-Term Care Plan:
This program is a voluntary benefit available through CNA for an affordable discounted group rate. You and your family are guaranteed access to this benefit if you enroll within your first 90 days of your notification date at hire. If you do not enroll during your first 90 days of your notification date at hire, you will be asked to answer medical questions to qualify. Click on the Quick Links drop-down menu to the right and select Long-Term Care Insurance to get started!
